Question regarding AOL communicator

Does anybody else use AOL communicator? I have been using it for a long time and it usually was stable, but lately I get unexpected password requests, the connection breaks down, mails that were marked as read suddenly appear to be unread, and lately, whenever I want to report and delete' spam I get the message: spam not sent. Does anyone know why that is? The only change that I remember putting into effect was no longer allowing it to remember my password, due to the fact that someone clocked in user time under my ID, costing me a load of money.

I find the AOL help hotline that we have here in Germany utterly useless, hence the public cry for help.

Need fluff, romance, comfort, feelgood fic. NOW!

Oookay, my muse just ran away, terrified. Someone please recommend a nice optimistic hurt/comfort fic with guaranteed happy ending and no character death - either Spike/Angel or Spike/Riley or Spike/Xander - and set as close to AtS S5 as possible. Pretty please?
