A few words regarding "Who's Afraid of Red, White, Green"
A few comments regarding Who's Afraid of Red, White, Green.
Ladycat777 wrote a wonderful Angel/Spike storylet, that's loosely based on the Who's Afraid-verse, but which ended up on the cutting room floor for stylistic reasons (the language was too pretty, it didn't mesh with the rest of the series; that's one of the problems in a collaborations, sometimes you have to let go of sections, because they go angainst the flow of the whole thing) - but that's no reason not to read it. It's called Expectations. Go and tell her how gorgeous it is.
What I'd really like to write is a scene between Oz and Spike, either slashy or just friendshippy, but I don't have the time, because we are describing events in chronological order, parallel to real life. Meaning today's chapter is set on Monday. :-)
Anyway, if anyone feels like joining in and writing that missing scene, please knock yourself out! Have fun.
Also, I belatedly started archiving this at ffnet. There is one girl there who dilligently leaves feedback after each chapter (which is nice), requesting Lindsey (not so nice). Let me state here unequivocally, that the purpose of this story is neither to get Lindsey undressed, nor to bring Buffy and Angel together again. It's supposed to stand as a Christmas episode that spans a whole month, since ME in their infinitestupidity wisdom have decided not to give us a Christmas epi. So, please don't expect world-altering changes in the Angelverse. What you can expect are small moments of friendship and a bit of plot.
Thanks for tuning in, and thank you guys, for leaving such nice feedback. Knowing that people out there are waiting for their daily installment really helps.
