Question concerning HP VII

HELP!
I am working on my ficathon story, and now I have a question about the latest Harry Potter book. My memory is unable to provide me with the info, and the HP Lexicon has not been fully updated yet.

So, who teaches Potions at Hogwarts during Book 7?
I honestly can't remember....
