Cutting down on food this week
Day 1 of diet.
Current weight: 82 kg
Ate today: 2 apples, 2 oranges, mug of broth, three tablespoons of boiled rice, one tbl of sweetcorn.
Feeling... slightliy chilly.
Objective: lose 3 kg and change eating habits. Lose ugly bloaty curve of upper belly.

Tomorrow it's fasting, only juice and broth. Hubby and I did it before, it's a good way to reset the system and wean oneself off those pesky food addictions.
My utter weakness: chilli flavored tortilla chips
Hubby's weakness: chocolate in all shapes and sizes
Trust me, this will work. It will make me grumpy but other than that it will be good for me.
