On the subject of Music
Nov. 14th, 2002 07:42 pmThis is only a short entry, as I am about to fall off my chair with weariness. And it's only 8 pm. I guess I have to make myself a big pot of coffee in a minute.
I would, however, like to recommend two vids first, which I have both watched about a zillion times. The vids were made by Luminosity a.k.a.
sockkpuppett.
SouthWestVoodo - by Insane Clown Posse - "Darth Willow"
Mad World - by Gary Jules - "Spike"

I like the way Luminosity finds the right image for the lyrics. Incidentally, I'm always interested in adding other good vids to my collection, so if you know good ones...
BTW, last night I was looking everywhere for the beautiful song that started off BtVS 7.07 - "Conversations with Dead People". I expect I'm not the only one who liked that song a lot. Which is why I'm sharing the following info: My friend Marcee found out that it is called "Blue" and performed by Angie Hart. Apparently it was written especially for the episode, by Joss Whedon and Angie Hart.
It's amazing how BtVS always features interesting music and bands of great talent. Now all we need is a GotR gig...
