At long last!

Mikelesq was a great help! I have to apologize again for the delays. Marcee was very busy and I found it hard to motivate myself without her input. If Mike hadn't persistently asked for a new chapter and if he hadn't been so helpful, I'd still be wrestling with it. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it.

Firefly - 1x11 Serenity

Mr. Estepheia and I finally watched the two-parter episode "Serenity."
So now we'd like to join the chorus: Morons! The people at FOX are complete and utter fools. They should have aired this as a pilot!

I haven't heard any news lately regarding Joss Whedon's attempts to find a new home for the show. I so wish UPN would pick it up.

In a way I wish ME would definitely declare S7 the last season of Buffy. Then UPN might feel more inclined to pick up Firefly. I'm enjoying this season, but some things are getting kind of stale. And I would enjoy a proper sense of closure.

Among other things, I get rather bored with all the long fight sequences and Buffy's little grunt noises when hit. They must have sampled them. I can visualize this little sound keyboard where the keys are labelled "kick to stomach" or "punch into face", so they don't need SMG anymore to dub the fight scenes. They just press a key and you hear "ugh" and "argh" and whatnot.

*Wails* I want more Firefly!
