I had another bout of nitpicki-ness...

- Who created the talisman to control the manifest spirits in 7x01 – “Lessons“? Spike? Under FE-control?
- Did Anya ever give the money back she stole in 7x06 – “Him“?
- What happened to the rocket launcher? Why didn’t Buffy shoot the Turok-han into kingdom come with it during “Showtime”? The troll hammer might have been handy as well.
- Why are there so many SITs and why don’t they have Watchers? Are we to assume that their Watchers got killed but the girls escaped or that they never had Watchers? In which case the CoW were a bunch of inefficient morons.
- How did FE/Eve get into her pjs and her sleeping bag?
- Why does FE know there's a gun in the house - but not where it is? Why is it able to eavesdrop on Buffy talking to Wood - but doesn't know at once that Andrew is wired? How does FE gather information?
- If you lived next door to a place where suddenly lots of underage girls from different countries seem to practice for a terrorist strike, wouldn't you call the cops?
- How come Buffy's stupid job suddenly pays the bills?

Writing - again

There may be a chance for me to take part in a little creative writing workshop this Saturday (if it doesn't get cancelled). We will do short exercises writing prose (in English) but we're also supposed to bring some of our own writing. The thing is, I always write fanfic and not original stories. I feel like I should prepare something short but I'm feeling a bit stumped.

So, my friends, how about you give me a challenge? Could be just a few words that I'm supposed to include or a topic or a theme or a title... Anything. I work better under certain constraints than with the whole world to choose from.

As for my Spike/Anya fic: I asked a third person for advice. Now I have three different opinions on what's wrong with the scene or the characterization. Argh!

Funny how some people accept S/X slash without batting an eyelid but wonder how S can possibly boink Anya...

I always liked the writings of John Fowles and what he did in The French Lieutenant's Woman, the way he turned back time. I would have liked to do that with the Spike/Anya fic, write two or maybe three endings. That was the plan. Now I'd be glad to just get one version written. But I'm too stubborn to dump the whole thing. *throws hands in the air and storms off to fold laundry*

Threesome fics

There are several threesomes discussions taking place in LJs and lists, particularly in bratqueen's and stakebait's LJs.

Which is why I went looking for an archive that has threesome fics. I found Shippersunited, which lists normal pairings but also threesomes.

I started browsing and found Criss Moody's This Moment.
Spike/Anya/Xander - R
Anya's voice may be a little off (the language is a little too well-rounded), but it's nevertheless a pretty, bittersweet story that's worth reading.
