Do you know the feeling where you work on a story for several weeks because the transition between two emotional states doesn't work? Always coming back to the same paragraph because that's where the story itches, where something doesn't quite mesh, where it's sore. And do you sometimes wonder if your readers would even notice that there's a bump, if you went on ahead and posted that bit regardless? Is it worth spending another day or week of your life whittling and cutting and filing un-merrily away, trying to get those three fucking little paragraphs to work?
I think I may just have ironed out one bump in my current Pandora story. That leaves two more bumps. Shoot me now!
I reread half of

I just hope I get Pandora done soon so I can do the flashfic-athon story. One of the characters I'll actually have to research. Or I could pick one of my friends' brain. Yup, sounds like a plan.
