Gosh, and the amazing friending trend continues: Hello # 150, welcome. Actually, a very warm welcome to all the people who've flocked here over the past few months. *waves*
Well, I guess many boards (and lists) are pretty quiet these days, so LJ-land is extra alluring. I used to get about half a dozen to a dozen feedback mails for a Pandora-story when posting it to lists like nummytreats and a few yahoogroups, but nowadays the only real feedbackers are my LJ-friends. *Hugs all 150*
My Ethan/Lindsey flashfic is at 830 words, and my characters are pussyfooting around. Ack. Somehow I can't really 'hear' Lindsey. He doesn't have a voice in my head, just a face that's always kinda angry. I haven't managed UST (at least not in the bilateral way) but I have a plot, kinda, and it's probably boring and I'm all self-conscious now. *Sigh*
Pandora will now go on hiatus, even though I had an idea for the next part. *fends off bunny* I was thinking about catching up with some of S7's plot, namely dealing with Spike's abduction by the first, or rather the (hurt/comfort-y) aftermath of it. On the other hand I'm not sure if the series needs more installments. I always try to write the stories in a way that each could be the last...
I feel in the mood for a nice Spike/Tara or Spike/Fred fic. Recs anyone? I've read and liked Juliatheyounger's 'Soft' and Annahedonia's S/T, also Jodyorjen's S/F. More in that vein would be appreciated. Something fluffy.
