Halloween draws near and so far I haven't been able to find a ghost story that's suitable for six-year-olds. Could anyone help me with that? Please?
Why, oh why, did I agree to host the only Halloween party in our neighbourhood. The other parents are really relieved to be able to send their kids to that party, because they all fought off their kids' wishes. I just hope someone makes a nice costume party for carneval.

I spent an hour today chatting with mikelesq (thank you!) about Perdition Catch my Soul. He asked me many pertinent questions, with the purpose of helping me get into the zone again. But right now my story feels like it was written by someone else. I barely remember the plans I had with it. Oh I remember some of the plot details, I have snippets written, and I know which overall mood I wanted to arrive at when I was still writing, but I no longer know how to combine these things. It's utterly depressing. The whole matter has sucked me into a big black hole.
Why am I bothering with Perdition when I should be frinishing Cats & Dogs? Or when I should be outlining my fantasy novel so I can sign up for NaNoWriMo... And there's the unfinished Angel/Spike snippet... Argh!
