I was out almost all day yesterday, gamemastering a fantasy roleplaying session, and when I came home I felt sick and cough-y. I also ate waaaay to much yesterday.
Today was better.

So, what am I writing for NaNoWriMo?
A fantasy novel that's a tie-in for a German roleplaying game. I'm writing it in German. Until I have picked up some steam there I'll ignore my fanfic WIPs - unless of course all that writing puts me into creative overdrive and the fics themselves clamor to be written.

I had hoped to get more accomplished before the beginning of November, but alas, it was not to be.

Also, I won't have much time to read LJs anymore, so please don't be insulted if I'm unusually unresponsive, ok.
Since this novel is something I can actually sell if I ever get it written, I'm sure you'll understand that my attention will be elsewhere.
Well, look on the bright side: At least I won't spam your LJ Buddies' page. :-)

Relentless spam / Firefly

I missed my LJ's first birthday. I got my account October 28th 2002, and posted 839 entries in all that time. I guess that marks me as a relentless spammer. I also posted more than 3000 comments in other people's LJs. Busy me. :-)

And while I'm yammering: The Amazon.com price for the Firefly DVD set is now down to $35 - order now, folks! I have no idea why they reduced the price, but it's too good to miss. I already placed my order. Apparently more than a 100 people have already posted reviews at Amazon. The guys at FOX? Monkeys on crack! Especially in light of the fact that Firefly received an Emmy for best effects (although they should have received awards for other things too, if you want my opinion).
