Oh wow!
hesadevil paid for six months of LJ time for
calliopes_board! Yay, that means I can now do polls over there. *bounce* Thank you very much,
hesadevil I am, however, surprised that LJ didn't send me a mail telling me about the payment. If hesadevil hadn't told me I wouldn't have noticed it.
I am a leeetle bit hung over today. After going to bed at 5 am I was woken up at 8, went back to sleep, got up at 10.30. For the past hour or so I have blearily stared at my LJ (and I just realized I am not wearing my reading glasses, tsk) and I have tried to drink as much water as possible. Outside the sun is shining and the light is giving me a slight headache. Still, I'm pleased that spring may finally be here.
Will now watch
Wonderfalls. But I wish I was watching
Celeste in the City.
ETA: I loved
Wonderfalls. The premise sounded daft, but damn this turned out really nice! Quirky. Why do I feel that this show won't last? Because I could see myself get invested?
ETA: I just watched the pilot of
Joan of Arcadia and have to say that I liked the very solid acting. The girl's face is somehow familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. And I love Mary Steenburgen. I am not religious and normally put off by religious overtones in TV shows, but JoA is not so bad. I think I will need to watch a few more episodes before making any judgements. But if I just compare pilots? Wonderfalls is more fun. Definitely.
