System of a Down

Just wondering. Are there any System of a Down fans on my flist? I came across the band years ago, because of a fanvid (actually, that's how I've found most of my favorite bands). The vidder had used the song "Chop Suey!" from the album Toxicity for an excellent compilation of fight scenes from AtS S4. Currently I'm listening to the album every day, several times in a row. I particularly like the last song Aerials. I've decided I ought to buy another album, but which one? Recommendations, anyone?

Children

Why, oh, why, does Viktoria always befriend the truly dreadful children? Katharina has always picked nice friends, intelligent girls who have some manners and parents who actually care what their children do (and yeah, I know how this sounds). He friends always have parents we like and are able to talk to. Viktoria always picks the ones who hate school, and who get neglected by their parents. Whenever these kids come for a visit, all they want is watch TV, play playstation or computer games, and eat junk food. They have no imagination, and no patience. No toy interests them longer than 5 seconds.
They fill me with a totally unfair desire to get rid of them ASAP. And then I always feel guilty.
It's an "Eek! Outsider!" mentality that I find quite unacceptable on a rational level. *sigh*

I can hear Ethan in my head, but Giles just glares at me and at Ethan.
That way I end up with an Ethan who won't shut the fuck up and lumbering prose sections in between. Crap!
And all the themes and narrative echoes I wanted to sneak into the chapter? Look clunky. Double crap.

Plus I think I'm still sick. My nose is running a Marathon here and my feet feel like icicles. It's one thing to let the characters freeze in the middle of the night, in a snowy forest, it's another thing to feel like you're there with them. *sigh*
