A Life Sign

Yup, I'm still alive..., albeit suffering from an annoying tennis elbow. :-)
Still enjoying my RL job. Unfortunately, I'm not writing. Last weekend the family was off in Holland for a dancing competition - I had the entire weekend to myself, but apparently I'm completely out of touch with my writer's alter ego. The only thing I'v written this year is a poem based on Hopper's Nighthawks. Haven't written any prose this year. Oh well.
Still waiting for two publishing companies to comment on my manuscript. I should be working on the sequel. But instead, my thoughts are drifting towards an unfinished fanfic. I say drifting, because there's very little momentum.

I went on a Lie to me binge the other week, and before that I watched a lot of Supernatural, but I don't feel inspired. *sigh* I want a new Whedon show!

We've introduced the kids to Firefly - with great success. So, we can proudly say, that the education of our girls is proceeding nicely. :-)

Anyway, I felt like coming on and saying hi, and giving you guys a big hug.
