What a night...

Shoot me now! I went to bed about 1 am last night, early by my own standards but the night before was short with only 2 and a half hours of sleep. And for the first time in ages I couldn't go to sleep within seconds. Must be the energy drink I had 5 hours earlier. So I start to drift off about half an hour later when I'm jolted out of bed by retching sounds. Next door, Toyah had vomited all over her bed. Okay, luckily hubby dealt with the crisis, he even put the sheets into the washing machine, while I hugged and cuddled the little one. Hubby moved to the guest room and little one moved to my bed. And then, about every half hour she threw up again. Into a bowl, fortunately. Now I feel rather frazzled round the edges.
My brain is offline, it's hard to remember even the most basic stuff.
Toyah is watching TV now, and I think I'll do the same. I just hope I get my brain back into gear soon, because I want to write. Unless someone takes pity on me first....
