Odd pairings

estepheiaFor unfathomable reasons a number of very odd pairings popped into my brain today, without so much as by your leave. And now I'm wondering if anyone has seen stories with those pairings:
Ethan/Riley
Xander/Illyria
Illyria/Drogyn
Ethan/Connor
Just wondering. *looks innocent* Also, has anyone seen good Anya stories that are set after her death in Chosen, in which she comes back from the dead? I remember reading one ensemble fic with her in it, but that's all. Surely someone out there must feel like me: why should death be the end of her story. Everybody else comes back from the dead, why not Anya? Wouldn't mind reading a post-NFA Spike/Anya story, now that would be really cool.
