Sorry to hear your Spike muse has buggered off, and you feel crap. I've got a bit of an underactive thyroid problem too. Mine can't be treated as my inflamed bladder won't let me take any med's, so I'm a bit stuffed really. I'm just hoping it doesn't get much worse or I'm royally buggered.
If you have got worse on that front it'll be an easy fix for you though. Just take the meds and you'll be right as rein!
