Pirates, amnesia, vid, S/X

I finally got to see Pirates of the Caribbean. At long last. Loved it! Jack Sparrow is a brilliant character, the story was clichéd enough to feel comfy and snug, but original enough to be fresh and entertaining. I saw the first German screening - an inofficial premiere. Strangely enough it was a spur of the moment thing, with Tomb Raider 2 as Plan B, but I was lucky and got a ticket for a good seat. I was entertained throughout. Yay. And now I can finally read circe_tigana's No Pirate on Earth. As soon as I've finished the next chapter of Cues and Balls.
