organizational stuff regarding my workshop

Okay, my characterization workshop is drawing near. Kick-off takes place on Sunday 29th - European time.
40 people have signed up. That's more than I expected, but I think I can handle it. There will be about half a dozen excercises which will take between 10-60 minutes each, depending on the exercise. In addition, I hope that after the workshop people will feel compelled to write a story or scene featuring the character(s) they created.
I will create smaller groups of about 6 people each. In those groups participants will be required to help each other out and read each others works. Of course I will read them too, but IMHO you need more opinons than just mine...

In order to create those work groups I need to know when people are available to chat or read the posts in their group-thread.

One more thing: IMHO it's best if close friends do NOT end up in the same group. So, if I should put you into one group with your best pals, do let me know...
