Last night I tried to post a new chunk of Lucky - but my computer crashed. Luckily hubby was able to fix the problem this morning. But after that we went out, visiting a friend. Maybe it's just as well. Currently I'm not sure if I shouldn't toss the next chapter and try again. No, I don't believe it was a sign, but the time span allowed my self-doubts to fester. I just found some very glowing feedback for Dealing, which is nice, because my mood is a bit meh today. I am cold and tired. I just hope the daylight simulator lamp that I ordered arrives soon.

In our local creative writing group people don't consider me an artist, they frown on fiction. If you don't write about your own private woes in long rambly introspective monologues but warble on about craft, they believe you to be... I don't know, insincere, I guess. Superficial. *shrug*
Being called an artist is very flattering. Thank you very much. (Although writing non-con Spangel AU seems to stand in strange contrast to that title.)
