I watched the (slightly re-cut) Pilot for Bones - not mindblowingly fantastic or original or even well-written but a solid show with likeable characters and yummie looking Angel David Boreanaz. Plus he's wearing suits and shades. Bonus! I doubt it will last, though.
Also watched House 2.01 - a few good lines, but the epi was average, IMHO.
Watched Supernatural 1.01 - and squeed like mad when I recognized Smart!Alec from Dark Angel. Eye candy with oodles of charisma. The pilot was creepy, and the brother-shtick pushed my button. I just hope that I'll never have to clap eyes on Dean/Sam slash. *shudder*
I also enjoyed watching Rome 1-3 - and I'd read Vorenus/Pullo in a heartbeat. ;-)

It's always hard to say long-term, but for now the show placed first in its time slot. Ratings wise, there's no reason to think studio execs aren't very pleased with it right now.

Episode Three of Rome cracked me up, especially the "you kill me, no I'll kill myself, no you kill me and then you have to kill yourself because of the shame" discussion. Bwah! I love Atia.

It really is a fun show. I bet there are already people out there merrily slashing our intrepid soldiers. LOL. And yeah, Atia is great. The kind of character you love to hate.
I like how the authors of the show avoided projecting anachronistic Christian views on the characters.

I was disappointed in Bones. Frankly, I was bored. But, if she's in any way related to the 'common' public opinion, my mother loved it.

Me? I loved Supernatual. I assume that means: certain death.

I watched three epis of Bones and 3 of Supernatural. I find these shows charmingly old-fashioned.
I wouldn't watch Bones if it weren't for DB - he's good in it. I watch Supernatural for whatchamacallit, the guy who plays Dean, cus he's soooo cuuuuute.
I must say that 2 and 3 weren't as creepy as the pilot, but still good solid TV. Fun.

And I should stop watching so many shows...

What did you think of the new Veronica and Lost?

Bones is actually growing on me now. I did not like the first episode, but the last one was pretty enjoyable. And DB was even pretty attractive with his unbuttoned shirt...hmm.

I love both VM and Lost. In this week's episode, I was kind of irritated with the re-use of half of last week's episode. I'm dying for new information...but that's a good thing too, it's definitely keeping me on the edge of my seat.

In an iroinc twist, I think the VM premiere was TOO full of information. There was a lot going on and it felt a little pieced together. But, for me, that's a minor complaint - I'm glad the exposition is out of the way and we can now move forward to what I expect will be an awesome season!

I looove your icon. the boys are ever so pretty. I need one exactly like that, only for our intrepid Roman soldiers Virinus and Pullo. LOL.

Funny, I didn't like Supernatural at all. I don't know why, maybe it was a little to much GilmoreGirls-Dean for me - I never liked the actor over there, either (although I liked the relationship of Dean and Rory. I'm weird)

See, I never actually watched GG. I only saw "Dean" in Dark Angel. I think he's cute. And I am shallow, I know.
