My Saturday so far...

estepheia...is surprisingly successful. After sleeping for 10 hours (!) I got up well rested and without the customary too-much-sleep backache. My neck is still hurting but mobile again. Yay.
Today I can eat - sort of. So far I've had a cuppa tea and an apple. I also made a nice vegetable soup for lunch, which smells delicious. We'll eat it in about an hour.
BTW, current weight: 83,5
Obviously, I will put on weight again. I think I can expect 2 kilos. I will try to be good, cut down on fat and hopefully will end up with about 85. We've already decided to fast again in autumn. I think twice a year should be ok.

eliade's thread on bulletproof kinks, and a few other posts. I was away from my LJ for less than 24 hours but I feel already like I lost touch.
I bathed the kids, tidied up a bit and I would have done more, but my bloodpressure is very low today. I'm easily exhausted.
Now I better run and do a bit of groceries shopping.
X-Men 2 tonight. Yay!
